Insulik is a diabetes care brand registered in Tunisia. We curate products and services for people managing diabetes day to day, built around respect, clarity, and quiet reliability.

What we collect
Only what's needed to get your order to your door.

Why we collect it

We don't build hidden profiles. We don't share your details with advertisers.
How we use WhatsApp
The most direct way to reach you, used carefully.
We confirm orders through WhatsApp Business. It is the format most of our customers prefer and the easiest way to answer a quick question without a phone call.
Your phone number is used to send your order confirmation, delivery updates, and to handle support when you need it.
We do not add customers to marketing groups or broadcast lists without clear consent. If we ever want to share anything beyond your order, we will ask first.
Payments & financial data
Pay how you prefer. We see only what we need to.

- No financial information is collected. You pay our courier on arrival.
- Online payment
- Card details are handled directly by our certified payment provider and never reach our servers.
Who sees your data
A short, named list. Nothing else.

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Full stop.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by Tunisian law, mostly for accounting and consumer protection.
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, and we will honour that request as far as the law allows.

Insulik does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. Our website and services are intended for adults managing diabetes or caregivers acting on their behalf.
If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete that data as quickly as possible.
Changes to this policy
When we update this page, we change the date at the top. For meaningful changes, anything that affects how your data is used, we notify you directly by WhatsApp or email.
